The International Hospitality Institute

The International Hospitality Institute is a centre of knowledge excellence. We offer a great standard in industry aligned service in Hospitality and skills development according to the skills development amendment Act (Act No 37 of 2008) and the national Qualifications Framework Act (Act No 67 of 2008).

 

The IHI qualifications equip our future graduates with the commercial and operational leadership skills needed to find employment in the public and private sector while inspiring entrepreneurship.

 

We offer students the opportunity to participate in an immersive vocational and academic programs that equip learners with essential technical(hard) skills but emphasize on the importance of soft(life) skills to enable learners to fit in at the workplace and eventually progress from managers to leaders. Our programs have been developed based on research industry liason and engagement combined with rigorous content development.
